• The fifth international conference on probiotics and super-beneficial foods will be held in Iran from March 3 to 5 with the aim of promoting the probiotics and super-beneficial foods industry.
• This conference has various themes such as “The effect of probiotics and microbiota on maintaining human health”, “Physiological and metabolic aspects of probiotics and microbiota in the human body”, “Probiotics, microbiota and infectious diseases”, “Probiotics, microbiota and cardiac disorders and abnormalities” and vascular”, “Probiotics, microbiota and disorders and abnormalities of the brain and nerves”, “Probiotics, microbiota and disorders and abnormalities of the endocrine glands”, “Probiotics, microbiota and disorders and abnormalities of newborns” etc. will be held.
Today, not only probiotics are used in the feeding of all kinds of livestock, poultry and aquatic animals, but also as additives and enrichments in processed and processed foods to strengthen and increase the shelf life of nutrients in the body, including fat, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus, and to stimulate appetite. Protein synthesis and health promotion of consumers are also used. Therefore, the development of this industry has been given attention in the world.
